The Bavarian company has opted for the in|sure GovInterface product developed by the adesso insurance solutions software company. As part of the in|sure Ecosphere application landscape, in|sure GovInterface is the IT solution for the processing of individual contracts for statutory reporting to the authorities.


adesso School of Coding and Software Engineering opens its doors at the XU Exponential University in Potsdam

adesso has announced its partnership with the private XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam: The first “adesso XU cohort” began their bachelor’s degree at the new adesso School of Coding and Software Engineering yesterday. Nurturing talent on and off the pitch: adesso is the new main sponsor of Borussia Dortmund’s youth department

adesso is the new official main sponsor and partner of Borussia Dortmund’s youth department, popularly known as the “Dortmunder Jungs”. Between now and 2023, the youth squad of Borussia Dortmund (BVB) will bear the name of the Dortmund-based IT service provider on its shirts. In addition to traditional sponsorship, the two parties have also reached an agreement regarding IT services to be provided by adesso.


Study: What online customers want - Online customer experience in Germany – expectation vs reality (B2C and B2B)

This year’s “Was Online-Kunden wünschen” (What online customers want) study, conducted by ARITHNEA and adesso, has revealed that most online shoppers in Germany are still happy with their online customer experience, but slightly less so than they were in 2019. According to the study, speed continues to be key. For the first time, the study distinguished between online shopping for businesses and pri-vate consumers. The study shows that business customers are slightly less satis-fied than private customers. B2B customers want comprehensive customer portals that show the full history and information, as well as personal, tailored treatment.


IT services provider expands further adesso opens office in Walldorf

The adesso Group is growing: Walldorf is set to host the new office from September. This takes adesso’s total number of offices in Germany to 25. By opening the new branch here, adesso is primarily investing in the collaboration with the SAP software group, which has its global headquarters in Walldorf.
