Following an extensive audit and validation process, adesso has once again been awarded the Top Employer Seal 2026.
This puts us among the ranks of 152 companies in Germany that stand out for their particularly good working and development environment. The certification is based on a comprehensive analysis of six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas – from talent acquisition to onboarding and working environment to learning and development.
This year, our developments in learning and development as well as in our leadership and feedback culture were highlighted in a particularly positive light – for example, through the introduction of our learning base adgrowth, the strengthening of a leadership-oriented development culture, and the expansion of regular employee surveys and dialogue formats.
