Your journey begins with our Welcome Days – two days designed to give you everything you need for a smooth start. During the event, new adessi from across our locations come together to arrive, network, and connect. Right from the beginning, you’ll also receive your equipment and a Welcome Package with a few surprises.
Guided
Your personal buddy is here to make your first days at adesso easier and answer any questions you may have. From day one, you’ll get support as you get to know your team and your role. Our goal is to ensure you feel welcome and supported– that’s why we accompany you closely during your first steps.
Your Voice Matters
