adesso Achieves AWS Premier Tier Status in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network

adesso announced today that it has achieved Premier Tier in the AWS Partner Network (APN). Achieving AWS Premier Tier Services Partner status differentiates adesso as an AWS Partner who demonstrated expertise and notable success in helping customers design, architect, build, migrate, and manage their workloads on AWS.

To earn Premier Tier, companies must complete a rigorous approval process through accreditations and certifications, must demonstrate a long-term investment in their relationship with AWS, and must have extensive expertise in deploying customer solutions on AWS. AWS Premier Tier Services Partners also have a strong team of AWS Trained & Certified technical consultants and have deep expertise in project management and professional services.

One example of adesso’s AWS expertise is its work with the energy company EWE Trading to secure business-critical processes through Disaster Recovery on AWS. Together, adesso and EWE Trading identified 18 critical business processes, defined recovery targets and tolerable downtimes, and implemented the required infrastructure in the AWS Dublin Region as Infrastructure as Code. The existing Kubernetes cluster was mirrored, and realistic emergency scenarios were tested during dedicated “gamedays”. The solution minimizes recovery times and largely eliminates data loss in the event of a large-scale power failure.
