Hot on the heels of the successful chatbot launch, IT service provider adesso has successfully realised a second project for Germany’s largest provider of green electricity and gas. With the help of adesso experts, the www.eprimo.de website has undergone a full redesign. The brand-new website offers a range of new functions and an enhanced customer experience and is built on cloud technology. The green energy provider with the slogan “Fürs Klima. Für mich” (for the climate, for me) is a key part of the energy transition in Germany and can now offer some 1.7 million customers a faster and better service online.

New for private health insurers: adesso and HMM present optimised help solution for private health insurers
The pressure to leverage competitive advantages offered by digital technology has also reached private health insurers. The provision of therapeutic appliances is increasingly becoming a key focus of attention for three reasons:
1. Rising administrative costs
2. Increasing expenditure on services
3. Lack of digital solutions to assist private health insurers with the provision of therapeutic appliances – a situation which is putting private insurees at a disadvantage compared with patients in the statutory health insurance system.
Two established companies, adesso SE and HMM Deutschland GmbH, have joined forces to improve these three areas. For the first time, private health insurers will be able to digitally manage the provision of therapeutic appliances, while seamlessly integrating patients into the entire process. This is made possible by the connected IT solutions of the two companies, which enable digital end-to-end processes for insurees, service providers and private health insurers within the health promoter ecosystem.

Readers’ Choice at the IT-AWARDS 2021: adesso wins BigData-Insider Award 2021
Celebrations at adesso: For the first time, the IT service provider has triumphed at the IT-AWARDS 2021 organised by the trade magazine BigData-Insider. After finishing third last year, adesso took home the platinum trophy for first place in the category “Big Data Consulting”. adesso Group continues on path of international expansion: New Italian office is adesso’s tenth site in Europe as company expands further
adesso is now on the Italian market, too. After having opened a site in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland roughly two years ago, adesso is expanding into the Italian market to the south. In future the IT service provider will serve customers in northern Italy from its office in Milan.
