The German SAP consulting firm adesso orange AG – the SAP consulting subsidiary of the IT service provider adesso – is already present in Hungary as adesso orange Kft. with branches in Győr, Budapest, Pécs and Debrecen. Over the last few years, adesso orange has established itself as a leading IT consulting and development expert for SAP systems. The company specialises in major SAP projects across industry sectors. adesso orange Kft. and adesso’s Hungarian parent company, adesso Hungary Software Kft., will offer a more extensive SAP and cloud portfolio to local industry from one source going forward. In particular, the pooled resources will support the challenging transformation of the industry to the new SAP S/4HANA platform with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
The adesso subsidiary LeanNetworking Kft., an aspiring start-up in Budapest (in which adesso acquired a controlling interest in 2020), also comes into play here. It will complement adesso Hungary and adesso orange Hungary with its specialised cloud and cloud-native expertise. LeanNetworking is considered a pioneer for cloud-native technology in Hungary, which is indispensable for modern, future-ready cloud computing architectures in larger enterprises.
With this comprehensive know-how in Hungary, adesso plans to manage the migration of IT architectures in Hungarian companies to flexible, cloud-based infrastructures even more effectively. The local economy will therefore reap the benefits of improved IT system reliability and better scalability along with considerable long-term reductions in operating costs.
The subsidiary adesso Hungary has been offering established expertise focusing on data science, cloud computing and cloud transformation since its founding in 2019. The Hungarian adesso team specialises in IT consulting and services for the banking, insurance, automotive, manufacturing and life science industries. This is complemented by specialised IT knowledge in the SAP core segment for financial services, insurance and the energy sector through collaboration with adesso orange Kft. Ongoing discussions with adesso customers show that the approach being pursued and the mix of competencies are being met with great interest by Hungarian companies.
