Having taken first place in 2016, 2018 and 2020, adesso was voted “Best Employer in ITC” again this year in the over 2,000 employees category. adesso was presented with the coveted employer branding award at a ceremony in Cologne on 9 March 2023. Over 1,000 companies were in the running as “Germany’s Best Employers 2023”, in the contest organised by “Great Place to Work®”, of which 274 companies with a total of 67,361 employees were in the ITC sector (information and communications technology). The list of winners in the ITC category comprises 100 companies in six size categories.

adesso again crowned Germany’s Best Employer in the ITC sector
For the fourth time, IT service provider adesso has taken first place in the Great Place to Work® competition, as Germany’s Best Employer in the ITC sector, for providing excellent working conditions (size category: over 2,000 employees).
Dirk Pothen, member of the adesso SE Executive Board and responsible for Human Resources, is thrilled about this accolade. “We are very proud to have defended our top ranking in the ITC category once again. Great Place to Work® uses two main tools to determine the most attractive employer from an employee’s point of view. One is conducting an anonymous employee survey on key workplace issues such as management, trust in collaboration, identification, team spirit, professional development, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. The other is evaluating the quality of the measures used by an organisation in its personnel activities to support and encourage its employees (culture audit).
