The Helvetia Porta, Online-Extranet and Helvetia Leben Maklerservice Plattform sales systems are operated in parallel and are technically outdated. The plan was to replace them with a newly developed, central, modern and future-proof HelvetiaNet broker platform.

The new broker platform supports the sales partners and increases efficiency by integrating previously isolated applications for TAA, portfolio and claims information, electronic archiving, commissions calculations, the storing of acquisition data and consolidated processing for external sales employees. It also provides online TAA processes with broker management program connectivity and black-box processing.
