The Spanish subsidiary adesso Spain – established in Barcelona in April 2018 – is acquiring the IT company SunnyTrail Consulting, which is based in Madrid and Jeréz. It offers IT consultancy and development services and is specialised in Salesforce solutions. The acquisition gives adesso a total of three locations in Spain.
