The workshop is divided into two parts. The first step is a maturity assessment that focuses on your customers. In the second step, innovative ideas are evaluated with regard to customer dialogue and customer experience based on the design thinking method.

You will receive a collection of new ideas and opportunities, captured in a deliverable artifact that will serve as the foundation for the next phases of the I.D.E.A. framework.
