Training and enablement in detail

  • Atlassian is one of the leading platforms for modern collaboration and has become an integral part of today's working world. In this training course, participants receive a thorough introduction to the basic functions of Jira. In addition to a structured overview of the user interface, the focus is particularly on effective collaboration within projects. Different types of tasks are discussed, as well as how to create, link, comment on, monitor and share tasks. Practical exercises allow participants to apply and consolidate what they have learned.

  • Atlassian has established itself as the leading platform for digital collaboration. This training course offers a practical introduction to Confluence. Participants will learn the basic menu structure and gain in-depth insights into functions related to page versioning, copying content and permission management. Targeted exercises allow participants to directly apply and consolidate the knowledge they have acquired.

    • Duration: four hours
    • Format: Online

  • Building on the Essentials training courses, we offer advanced training that provides deeper insights into advanced features and content. Participants expand their knowledge in a targeted manner and learn practical applications to further develop their skills in using Atlassian tools.

    • Duration: two days
    • Format: In person

  • Agile working is now considered the key to successful project management. In this training course, participants are introduced to the basics of project management as well as key agile concepts and roles. Building on this, they learn how Jira and Confluence can be used effectively in agile projects. Contents include creating and managing projects in Jira, applying agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, working with processes, reporting and using advanced roadmaps. Practical exercises ensure that what has been learned can be directly applied and consolidated.

  • In this training course, participants learn how to use Xray efficiently for planning, executing and evaluating software tests. After an introduction to the test management tool within Jira, test cases are created with associated test data and plans. Test runs are then carried out, and the results are documented, analysed and visualised in dashboards. The training is rounded off with the creation of meaningful reports.

    • Duration: one day

  • The SAFe® training course with Agile Hive combines theory and practice directly in the Jira system. Participants learn proven SAFe® processes such as PI planning and ART syncs in a realistic way using the tool. Agile Hive visualises complex SAFe® structures in an understandable way, enabling interactive, tangible and sustainable application of the SAFe® knowledge acquired.
