As part of an external consultancy, Medigene would like to carry out a location determination of its IT, in the context of the business requirements, in order to develop and implement an IT strategy. adesso carried out an IT assessment on the basis of a pre-agreed and tested approach to the inventory of the complete IT, especially in the areas of costs, processes, organisation and IT infrastructure/architecture.

As a result of the IT assessment, adesso analysed and evaluated the previously defined thematic areas and derived measures and objectives for the implementation of a future-oriented IT strategy. adesso initiated its implementation directly afterwards.
