At Europe’s leading trade fair for the energy and water industry, experts from adesso at stand 128, hall 1 will demonstrate numerous IT solutions which use the latest standard technologies, support statutory industry requirements and optimise companies’ core business processes.
The planned law on digitalisation of the energy transition will fundamentally change data usage and data protection as well as security requirements. With the “adesso SAP Security Scanner”, companies are able to position themselves for the future with a greater degree of security and sustainability. These solutions still include the “adesso BPEM Suite,” developed by the IT service provider on the basis of the SAP Business Process Exception Management Framework to automate business processes, as well as “SDÄ” – a solution for highly automated and efficient master data changes.
The CRM-Template “xRM@EVU” was also specifically developed for the energy sector. The flexible customer management solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and enables utility companies to optimise their distribution processes through customer segmentation and customer value analysis. The IT service provider will show companies in the sector how to make their receivables management more efficient with its solutions for dunning procedures, processing incorrect INVOIC notifications, integrated processing of negative REMADV notifications or verifying the plausibility of discounts.
