adesso Once Again Awarded the TOTAL E-QUALITY Award

For the second time, IT service provider adesso has been honoured with the TOTAL E-QUALITY award. This award, bestowed by TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V., recognises the sustained and effective integration of equal opportunities and diversity within the company’s everyday operations. The award is valid for the years 2025 to 2027.

The jury particularly praised adesso’s strategic and comprehensive approach to creating a fair and supportive workplace. The company’s initiatives and measures in areas such as work-life balance, staff development, and diversity promotion were especially highlighted.

Balance, Development, Awareness

Through its care[4]adessi programme, the company offers employees flexible working hours, support for childcare and other care responsibilities, as well as health and sports initiatives. In staff development, adesso relies on a structured career framework with targeted training and coaching, and maintains an internal pool to support up-and-coming talent. Leadership training at adesso also includes sessions on unconscious bias, which raise awareness of how stereotypes can influence decisions, and teach strategies for acting more fairly and objectively.

Commitment to a Discrimination-Free Workplace

In addition, adesso cultivates a workplace free from discrimination through its training on diversity, anti-discrimination, and sexual harassment, as well as by providing confidential contact points and transparent complaint procedures.

Since 1996, the TOTAL E-QUALITY association has recognised organisations from the business, science, and public sectors that have successfully promoted equal opportunities and diversity in their HR and organisational policies. The initiative is under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
