adesso AG is the German top address for employees in the ITC sector. At the Great Place to Work competition “Germany’s best employers in the ITC 2016” adesso ranks on top of the list in its class. As part of an award ceremony at CeBIT 2016, adesso received the popular seal of quality of the research and consultancy institute.
To find the most attractive employer from employees’ perspective, Great Place to Work uses two central instruments. The first one is a valuation of the measurements’ quality which companies use to support the personnel work and to promote the employees. In addition, employees are questioned anonymously on key workplace subjects like leadership, trust in cooperation, identification, team spirit, professional development, wage, health promotion and work-life balance.
adesso did particularly well in the fields of team spirit, fairness, respect and pride. 97% of all employees stated towards Great Place to Work that they felt welcome as a new employee at adesso and that there is a pleasant working atmosphere. 94% said that the leaders of the IT service provider trust in the employees’ good work without supervising them all the time. 92% stated that they have a “very good job”.

The IT service provider is not only one of the best employers in its branch in Germany. The company was also awarded at the cross-industry competition “Germany’s best employer 2016“. adesso ranks sixth in the class of 501 to 2.000 employees. In February Great Place to Work already announced the winner of the competition “Best employers in Northrhine-Westfalia 2016”. At this regional benchmark, adesso achieved second place.
