Managing objections with SharePoint

Project

The course of the Energiewende, or the transition to renewable sources of energy, as well as the associated obligations to expand network capacity, are expected to incite complex and wide-ranging objections and opinions from citizens, public authorities and organisations. Amprion GmbH accordingly needs an effective system to respond to these objections and opinions in an innovative and modern manner.

A semi-automated, SharePoint-based solution was developed to create responses to incoming objections in a collaborative manner. The solution also features scanning and OCR components.

Result

The SharePoint-based solution provides a central location in which to create and store objections. It reduces lead times while improving the quality of data when responding to the objections.
