adesso Joins the V.E.R.S. Leipzig AI Network as a Focus Partner

IT service provider adesso is strengthening its commitment to the insurance industry: Since 1 May 2026, the company has been a focus partner in the V.E.R.S. Leipzig AI network. In this role, adesso brings its combined expertise – drawn from in-depth industry knowledge, proven AI expertise, broad technological competence and years of implementation experience – to the exchange centred on the focus area of Sales, Marketing & Service.

The V.E.R.S. Leipzig AI network brings insurance companies and other industry players together to discuss key topics in the insurance sector. The work takes place across three dimensions: foundational formats and surveys create a knowledge base (Define), webinars and discussion forums facilitate regular dialogue (Discuss), and working groups explore specific issues in depth (Develop). As a focus partner for the ‘Sales, Marketing & Service’ sector, adesso actively contributes to these formats, sharing experiences from specific client projects.

For adesso, the focus partnership is not a one-way transfer of knowledge, but a genuine exchange: the company provides insights from practical implementation whilst also taking on board where insurers actually stand today, what drives them and what requirements they place on AI solutions.

Tangible Added Value for Insurance Customers

Among other things, adesso develops AI applications for insurers in the areas of sales, marketing and service: from conversational AI solutions in customer service and agent-based application processes to intelligent automation in claims handling and document processing. Added to this are agent-based ecosystems, in which AI agents autonomously manage complex workflows, as well as AI branding approaches. The basis for this is always an approach that takes regulatory requirements, such as the EU AI Act, into account from the outset.
