adesso insurance solutions: Tobias Florian and Oliver Hehlert join the Executive Board
As of 1 January 2026, the Executive Board of adesso insurance solutions GmbH will be joined by two more experienced executives from within the company. Tobias Florian and Oliver Hehlert will assume responsibility for key growth areas at the solutions provider.
As Managing Director, Tobias Florian will be responsible for product development in property insurance for both portfolio products and claims products. Florian has been with adesso insurance solutions GmbH since 2019 and, as Business Unit Lead P&C Platform, significantly shaped the development of in|sure products in the Health and P&C divisions.

Jörg Treiner will be responsible for the P&C Platform business unit, for Professional Services, and for overarching product and integration services as Managing Director. In this role, he will lead the strategic development of the P&C Platform, overseeing the operational scaling of solutions and customer-centric market activation.

Florian and Treiner emphasise: “The new structure gives us the opportunity to integrate Product Development, Platform, and Professional Services even more closely and to reach the next stage of development for our P&C solutions together with our customers.”
Oliver Hehlert joined adesso insurance solutions GmbH in 2018 and has held several key management positions in the Health division, most recently as Business Unit Lead Health & in|sure academy. Going forwards, Hehlert will assume the role of Managing Director for the Health division, which was previously headed by Andreas Nolte, Spokesperson for the Executive Board of adesso insurance solutions GmbH. Hehlert will remain responsible for the in|sure academy. His particular focus will be on the further development of health solutions, on leveraging efficiency and automation potential for customers, and on strengthening existing customer relationships.

Hehlert also sees his new role as an opportunity to expand adesso’s strategic focus in the Health division: “I’m looking forward to working with our colleagues to expand our portfolio for the health insurance sector and further develop our health solutions. This is a real passion project for me. Our goal is to use our services to make customer processes even more efficient in future and thus consolidate our role as a leading solutions provider and digitalization partner in the market.”
Nolte also emphasises the importance of expanding the management team at adesso insurance solutions GmbH: “With the appointment of Tobias Florian and Oliver Hehlert, we are strategically strengthening our organisation from within. Both have in-depth product and market knowledge, are highly familiar with our customers, and have played a key role in shaping our solutions. This clear division of responsibilities allows us to drive the further development of our business units with even greater focus.”
