The AI Hub is designed so that data does not leave the corporate network unchecked. PII redaction takes place automatically before every request to external models. The platform meets the requirements of the GDPR and is BSI C5-compliant – data protection is therefore not an optional feature, but structurally embedded.
The AI Hub logs usage activity at project and team level: which models were used, the number of requests, and the associated costs. Sensitive content from the requests themselves is not stored in plain text. Access to the logs is restricted to authorised administrators – viewable via the CIO dashboard in real time.
