HIT – part of the Dohle Handelsgruppe – successfully operates more than 100 modern stores across Germany within the highly competitive non-durable merchandise retail sector. A cornerstone of this success is its targeted sales strategy: the HIT app offers coupons and has an integrated digital customer card, ensuring a convenient and personalised shopping experience. A key element of this is “Mein HIT” – a personal customer account launched in May 2025, which provides exclusive benefits for registered customers. The goal is to attract new customers and foster their loyalty in a market where margin pressure is continuously increasing.
To make this possible, HIT is establishing a future-proof foundation using cloud solutions from CRM provider Salesforce. For example, the Marketing Cloud supports targeted customer contact and campaign management, while the Data Cloud provides a robust basis for data-driven decision-making. HIT also plans to introduce the Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to further enhance customer loyalty.
A distinct advantage of the partnership is that the headquarters of HIT Handelsgruppe and the adesso office in Bonn are located close to each other on the banks of the Rhine, enabling project teams to collaborate closely and efficiently on site.
