Stadt-Parfümerie Pieper was founded in 1931 and has been run by the same family for three generations. It is the biggest privately-owned German perfumery company.

Project

To ensure convenient access to the entire range in the online shop, it is important to minimise the volume of data being transferred. Compared to responsive approaches, the chosen solution (in|MOTION) requires significantly lower volumes of data. This allows Pieper to offer its customers rapid mobile service, even when using poor data connections.

Result

The advantages of the mobile channel can be fully exploited, and the particularly high drop-out rates are avoided. The inclusion of dialogue marketing tools allows direct communication with customers to be reinforced even via the mobile channel, so that the aim of ‘anywhere and anytime’ can also be attained in existing communication and sales channels.
