Swiss PostFinance introduced a mobile banking portal in collaboration with the IT service provider adesso Schweiz AG and the solution in|MOTION from adesso mobile solutions. In addition to payment transactions, PostFinance has consistently expanded its financial services in the areas of numbers, financing, investment and retirement, in particular in the electronic sector in recent years. This way new offers were in line with the wishes and changing needs of customers.

The most important innovation and unique payment method in Switzerland is the "Scan + Pay" function, which enables PostFinance customers to pay their bills by mobile phone scanning the coding line of the deposit slip. The component-based in|MOTION transformation framework has been integrated into the IT-architecture of PostFinance and assumes the role of the mobile proxy. The already existing HTML pages serve as a content source. This greatly simplifies administration of all processes and functionalities. A browser switch allows the automatic redirection of all mobile clients when the traditional (desktop) banking URL is downloaded to the mobile version.
PostFinance is a subsidiary of the state Swiss Post and is active in private customer and business customer business. It is one of the largest Swiss financial institutions.
