In order to meet these goals in the future, KAEFER intended to promote the digitisation of customer relationships accordingly. adesso was commissioned with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in order to underline sales and marketing work. In doing so, adesso took over all consulting and development services from business consulting to IT management.
With the introduction of the CRM system, the marketing and sales staff now have the opportunity to actively shape the entire customer relationship. In addition to the implementation of CRM, existing applications were successfully transferred to the new solution. In addition, the users were sensitised in practice-oriented training courses by adesso employees for the new CRM system.
