Borussia Dortmund: Gold Award for a strong user experience
Borussia Dortmund was honoured twice for the "BVB ClubHub" project: with Gold for the best entry in the "Brand Communication – User Experience" category and as a Winner in the "Brand Experience of the Year" category. The core of the project was the relaunch of the website bvb.de, which particularly impresses with its rigorously user-centred design, along with a new information architecture. The jury reserved special praise for the intuitive design, the consistent brand management, and the measurable increase in user acceptance.
adesso and Borussia Dortmund have been close partners for years, and with the website relaunch, they have added another chapter to their joint success story. adesso's Digital Experience division developed the UX (User Experience) strategy and the design concept in particular. Once again, adesso demonstrated that the IT service provider not only delivers excellent software, but also focuses on people and their needs.
VPV Versicherungen: Best of Best for personalised customer journey at the end of the contract
VPV Versicherungen received the highest award, Best of Best, in the "Brand Efficiency of the Year" category, as well as a Winner-Award in the "Brand Communication – CRM & Personalisation" category for the "High-Performance Customer Journey Reinvestment" project. In this project, VPV developed a personalised customer journey that takes the support of customers with expiring insurance contracts to a new level, according to the jury. Using data-driven communication and measures such as customised landing pages, VPV is now able to strengthen customer relationships on a lasting basis.
adesso's Digital Experience division supported the project with outstanding UX expertise. The Personal Business Machine from adesso partner PBM AG was used here. This is a platform that enables cross-channel personalisation through machine learning, neuromarketing, and persona mapping.
German Handball Federation: Award for modern website
The German Handball Federation (DHB) was honoured for the relaunch of its website dhb.de. The project received a Winner-Award in the "Brand Communication – Web & Mobile" category. The new website impresses with clear structures, mobile optimisation, and a modern, target group-oriented design that visibly strengthens the DHB brand online.
adesso's Sports business line supported the relaunch with professional and technical expertise. The DHB benefited from the adesso Group's deep understanding of the industry, UX expertise, and technological capabilities. Together, the partners developed a platform that meets the requirements of a modern sports association while also connecting fans, clubs, and partners more closely with each other.
