Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen is now offering its major customers in the real-estate and corporate sectors modern 360° information portals, which provide them with a complete overview of their existing business relationships. The IT service provider adesso was commissioned with the development of the systems, and implemented the project as a general contractor together with the portal developer Crealogix.
adesso has developed an online data room for Helaba, which the bank will share with its major customers and corporate real-estate financing customers in future. With the secure integration of Helaba’s inventory management systems and using an intuitive dashboard, customers will receive complete access with a 360° overview of all relevant information. This is where business partners will be able to upload, document and exchange data and documents about all transactions, such as credit processing. Corporate customers will see their liabilities, investments and information about current transactions – data that was frequently still being provided to them in hard copy until now.

To do so, we have consistently used their need for quick, simple and transparent processes as orientation,” says Dr Norbert Schraad, the member of adesso’s Executive Board in charge of corporate banking, explaining Helaba’s digitalisation strategy.
Moreover, the solution for real-estate customers is providing the opportunity to use the portal to carry out everything from the initiation of business deals to the conclusion of transactions.
adesso will be taking an agile approach towards development as it continues to expand the portal, incorporating direct customer feedback from the first phase into further development.

Following the first release of the customer portals, which is currently in progress, there are already plans underway to continue developing the systems in May 2018.
