The IT service provider adesso AG has concluded a cooperation agreement in the field of business process management with Berlin-based Signavio GmbH. As the provider of one of the leading software suites for business process management, Signavio will have partner status in selected adesso customer projects going forward.
Today, no large company can avoid the need for structured business process management (BPM). Visualisation, analysis, implementation and optimisation of business processes are practices widely used to improve operational procedures, and thereby increase a company’s performance.
There are numerous providers of BPM tools on the market. Companies must examine and evaluate such tools if they want to deploy them appropriately. As an established IT service provider in the field of BPM, adesso can take on that task for its customers. Following a critical evaluation of its product range, adesso has conferred the status of “adesso-Partner” on Signavio. adesso also entered into strategic partnerships with two further providers in the segment last year.
“This partnership serves as a seal of approval for our customers. In entering into such partnerships, we show that we have identified outstanding solutions on the market, which we recommend for use in our projects where appropriate,” says Gregor Schwald, Head of IT Consulting at adesso.
adesso has achieved excellent results with Signavio’s modular management system, the “Business Transformation Suite”, particularly in the area of process modelling. The “Collaboration Hub” is the heart of the suite and a central space for successful communication and networking.
Dr Gero Decker, CEO of Signavio, is pleased about the close cooperation with adesso: “Our cloud software already helps more than 1,000 corporate customers around the world navigate their day-to-day processes and decisions. We look forward to reaching adesso’s clients through this cooperation, and convincing them of the advantages of our modules.”
As an IT consultancy that is independent of providers, adesso continually examines and evaluates new technologies and market solutions. In Technological Excellence, adesso concludes partnerships with strong suppliers to achieve cost savings for its clients, most recently with Camunda and Lana Labs, both providers of BPM solutions, like Signavio. “Each supplier has individual strengths and areas of focus in their product range. That makes it possible for adesso to cooperate with all three partners,” concludes Schwald.
That being the case, joint appearances at leading industry events – most recently at BPM-Club in September 2017 in Berlin – are nothing out of the ordinary.
