adesso has strengthened and diversified its digital agency segment with the acquisition of leading influencer marketing agency Reachbird. The team of around 20 experts will expand and strengthen adesso’s full-service online marketing portfolio with the addition of influencer marketing services.
The influencer marketing experts at Reachbird, which was formed in 2015, will join the adesso team from July at its Munich office. Reachbird is one of the top ten providers of professional influencer marketing services in the DACH region, delivering a range of agency and software solutions. Reachbird’s innovative cloud- and AI-based platform RTECH is considered one of the leading influencer marketing software solutions in the German-speaking world. RTECH helps companies research influencers and manage and analyse campaigns. The RTECH software forms the link between social media influencers and high-calibre international brands to produce quality advertising partnerships. The company also offers agency and consulting services in its niche market. Reachbird’s most well-known clients include Coca-Cola, Mövenpick, Veltins, Froneri, Simba-Dickie and Develey.
On its RTECH platform, Reachbird currently has contracts with around 37,000 registered influences from all over the world and has access to a pool of some 6 million multipliers. adesso will now be able to leverage this direct contact to countless high-impact influencers on a central campaign management platform and open up the services to its corporate online marketing customers.

As an influencer agency, Reachbird can also carry out data-driven influencer matching tailored to brands and their goals, invite influencers to join selected marketing campaigns, handle briefings and contractual negotiations and manage the entire communication process, including campaign and payment management. The RTECH platform offers simple processes and live monitoring functions through in-house technology. In addition, brands can contact influencers through the platform and arrange partnerships with them. Reachbird’s experts are always on hand to provide advice and recommendations when necessary.
CEO and co-founder of Reachbird, Philipp Martin, will be joining adesso together with the rest of the team, where he will continue to play a key role. Martin will report directly to Usama Abu-Pascha, one of the “founding fathers” of the digital agency scene and trailblazer of performance marketing in Germany. Philipp Martin is looking forward to the migration of the Reachbird team to the adesso Group with its more than 5,000 employees: “Backed by adesso’s technological competency and agency expertise, we can take influencer marketing to the next level in the DACH region and benefit from the kind of economies of scale offered by an international group.”
The full takeover will see Reachbird’s specialists become an integral part of adesso’s Digital Experience business area. “The Digital Experience segment is home to over 300 employees creating digital customer experiences on the basis of innovative customer journey strategies and technologies,” said Guido Ahle, head of the Digital Experience business area.
