Great Place to Work ® uses two key tools to determine the most attractive employers from an employee's perspective. On the one hand, the Institute evaluates the quality of the measures that a company uses in its human resources work to support and promote its employees in a culture audit. It also asks employees anonymously about key workplace issues such as leadership, trust in cooperation, identification, team spirit, professional development, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance.

Monthly Welcome Days enable a quick introduction to the most important company processes and colleagues. A joint dinner in a relaxed atmosphere rounds off the first working day.

adesso specifically promotes team spirit by participating in team competitions and by covering the costs of renting sports halls and courts for joint sports activities. Games evenings provide for even more fun in the office.
