


KVB was facing the challenge of efficiently combining information from various different IT systems. In response to this challenge, adesso’s experts were required to create an information architecture in a proof of concept. This architecture was to form a central hub to mediate between customers and the KVB system.
With the evaluation phase successfully completed, the process of integrating the new information platform into the company’s website is currently being planned. The information hub developed by adesso allows the information to be quickly distributed via various endpoints such as SharePoint applications, the KVB website, social media, e-mail or mobile devices – all without any further inputs. The hub takes account of parameters such as location data for mobile systems or user-defined settings. In addition, KVB’s marketing department can use the same channels to pass on information from their systems.
