adesso is significantly expanding its newly established competence centre for Salesforce applications this year. With the global CRM market leader’s applications, the IT service provider is now offering its corporate clients support in another leading technological field. It particularly facilitates the successful realisation of digitalisation projects that are highly customer-oriented and geared towards positive customer experience.
The cloud-based Salesforce platform is currently regarded as a leading solution suite in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and is setting standards at a global level. It helps companies to improve processes in areas ranging from sales, customer service and marketing, digital commerce and community management to analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud applications. For example, the Sales Cloud from Salesforce provides support in lead qualification, customer contact management, follow up and tracking of sales opportunities and the operationalisation of campaigns. Technology experts and analysts are impressed by the applications they see in the Salesforce solutions. In addition, three releases per year means they are always up-to-date with the latest developments.
All of this is sufficient reason for adesso to now offer its customers expert advice in this area too. The annual growth rate of the Salesforce market testifies to the rising demand. At adesso, Markus Spillner is responsible for the expansion of the Salesforce Competence Center. He has many years of experience with the portfolio and believes in the products. Spillner particularly sees opportunities for adesso’s long-established core sectors of banking and insurance: “I see great potential in the financial services area, which is where we are currently investing most in order to enrich the products with our industry knowledge of the European market. However, every industry can benefit from the solutions.”
The adesso expert sees the integrated components for artificial intelligence (AI) as another reason to believe in Salesforce. “AI creates unique customer experiences. For example, it allows queries to be intelligently categorised in the Service Cloud, or chatbots to be created within a matter of days. This creates added value for customers unlike any that has been seen before,” says Spillner.
In order to further strengthen ties in its new partnership with Salesforce, adesso will participate as an exhibitor at two customer events organised by the global player, the “Salesforce Basecamps”, in Mainz and Düsseldorf this year. On 12 March in Mainz, interested parties can take advantage of sessions, live demos and the Customer Success Expo to see for themselves how they can exploit the opportunities of the fourth industrial revolution in sales, customer service, marketing and commerce.
