adesso has acquired 100 percent of the shares in the Walldorf-based company quadox AG, a specialist for innovative data management and SAP analytics and business intelligence solutions.
As a result, 35 SAP analytics experts - including quadox board members Christian Schroeter and Rainer Bärmeier - have joined adesso's data and analytics team, forming a strong SAP analytics unit of 70 professionals in total. Detailed information on the acquisition can be found in our press release.
