We consider sustainable action in three dimensions - economy, ecology and social issues. adesso orientated itself on these three pillars when it came to formulating fields of action that suit us and our competences. Within these fields we have anchored the adesso sustainability goals.

In the area of economy, what counts for adesso is to fulfil the needs of the customers in a future-oriented way. With our expertise in different technologies and industries, we provide optimal IT-based support for the respective business processes and contribute to our customers meeting their sustainability goals and requirements. Through our dynamic growth and development into a leading IT service provider also outside Germany, we also contribute significantly to economic growth.

Our employees are our most valuable asset and our corporate culture is special. We do a lot to ensure that all adessi feel comfortable, can develop and gain qualifications. This includes a broad range of training and further education as well as initiatives such as She for IT or MIND. As a listed, growing company, it goes without saying that we fulfil our social responsibility. adesso contributes to the community through regular donations, sponsoring or support of charitable projects.

We see digitalisation and Green IT as opportunities to optimise the core business processes of companies, also against the background of sustainable objectives. Reducing our own CO2 footprint is one of the tasks that will occupy us in the coming years. Along our value chain, we have identified the biggest CO2 polluters and developed measures to minimise them.
