Brainrunning – an instruction manual for the brain

Do you know how to effectively increase your mental capacities and how to give your memory a real jump start? The answer is quite easy: Try physical activities. Running with your pulse in fat burning modus provides your brain with 100 percent more oxygen and makes it highly productive. In order to take advantage of these updated capacities it is important to know exactly how to use the brain effectively and how to apply appropriate techniques regularly.

In a new edition of our event series “Business Breakfast“ we welcome the memory trainer Jürgen Petersen. He will present his method of “Brainrunning – an instruction manual for the brain“ and give examples of use for effective mental training in business life, as well as he will present universal memory techniques. He aims to motivate you to fight your inner couch potato.

The technique of brainrunning is a combination of mental training and running in a pulse that stimulates fat burning. In short, a technique of how to be able to memorize names, numbers, dates or vocabularies while running through the forest, for example, in order to use fitness time to simultaneously challenge the brain. The technique guarantees a healthier life, higher performance abilities in times of mental pressure as well as it facilitates the everyday life.

Actually, Jürgen Petersen is a farmer. But he has already been combining his passion for physical activities with his interest in memory training since 1993. He does a real sport of it, since he takes part in world memory championships. Since 2008 he has owned the title Grandmaster of Memory. He protected his brainrunning method by patent in 2001.
