Development of a Lead Management System

In the past the processing of online enquiries (interest in consultancy, product enquiries, etc.) created a large amount of manual work in the company. At the centre of these requirements were the generation, processing and management of leads (routing, exceptions, qualification, SLAs, reporting). Adjacent topical blocks and those that had to be considered as well were newsletters and wanted project posters.
For several years adesso has developed a lead management system which has been connected up with approximately 12.000 field service agencies of Allianz on the basis of clearly defined allocation rules for further processing. A comparison of lead address data with the existing systems was made. For missing allocations to existing systems a spatial allocation of the customer via geo-codes was implemented. In doing so, an equally distributed lead connection between interested people and agents was guaranteed by scoring factors
