adesso AG and Lotto Hamburg are putting new IT strategies into practice

The signal for even more security and customer focus whilst playing the lottery

After little more than a year of cooperation, Nordwest Lotto and Toto Hamburg and adesso, the consultancy company and IT service provider have implemented the newly developed IT strategies. In recent weeks 500 new sales terminals have been put into operation. These terminals ensure that services such as the transfer of tickets is now easier and quicker. The new lottery central system and the direct customer system were also put into live operation.

GLANCE AG now trades under the name of adesso Schweiz AG

Change of company name, staff increase, and incoming orders in the amount of 6.8 m CHF

Since May 4, 2007 GLANCE AG trades under the new name “adesso Schweiz AG”. As a subsidiary of the BOV group, Germany, the company name has been adapted with respect to the upcoming merger of BOV AG and adesso AG.

BOV reaches a settlement with suing shareholders

The merger of BOV AG and adesso AG in the course of consolidation can now be implemented after having reached an out-of-court settlement. The five shareholders who took legal action have put on record their approval of a settlement agreement at the regional court Essen.
