adesso continues expansions in Austria by acquiring the IT consulting company CFC Informationssysteme

By acquiring CFC Informationssysteme adesso targeted complements its existing portfolio in Austria by the service of IT consulting. The company from Vienna with 14 members of staff will be integrated into the Austrian subsidiary adesso Austria which takes over CFC by 100 percent. After only a short time since market entry, adesso Austria is now able to offer large parts of the adesso portfolio. After the takeover, the total sales figures of adesso Austria amount to 6 million EUR. The company then ranks among the major independent IT services providers in its country.

adesso Schweiz AG develops a portal for surveying statistics in the area of education for Swiss Bundesamt für Statistik (BFS, Federal Statistical Office). This includes statistics for learners, teaching staff and educational achievements. The statistics program „Modernization of the surveys in the area of education“ is part of an application portal which will be implemented in three successive steps by the end of December 2010.

KKH-Allianz integrates health insurance fund databases with the help of GADIV GmbH

Insurance profits from the adesso subsidiary’s experience in health insurance company mergers

Much/Hanover, 17 August 2009 – GADIV GmbH, an expert in IT solutions in the sector of statutory health insurance, has implemented the data migration following the merger of BKK Allianz and KKH-Allianz. Despite the special challenge of a merger of a company health insurance and a substitute funds with different data formats, only 0.02 per cent of the insurants’ master data had to be reprocessed manually. GADIV was then commissioned again for the subsequent merger of KKH-Allianz and METRO AG Kaufhof BKK.
