adesso AG and ISC West eG enter into cooperation contract

Dortmund/Essen, 27 September 2006 – adesso AG, IT service provider and ISC West eG, Essen, arranged extensive cooperation in adjusting statutory health insurances to the software iskv_21c. ISC West eG operates for approximately 100 health insurance companies the application ISKV-Basis and, following the implemented rollout, the new application iskv_21c, too.

Iskv_21c is a new all-in-one software solution comprising all areas of insurance support, from administrating premium rates to the accounting of benefit payments. After implementing the new solution, the business processes of the statutory health insurers will be covered better and more comprehensively in the future. So far adesso has been an important development partner of the software that is considered to be one of the biggest development projects in the insurance sector at the moment. On the strength of this cooperation ISC West eG secures the comprehensive know-how of adesso in the implementation of the software in the individual insurance companies.

adesso benefits from the existing customer relations of ISC West eG. Adesso supports ISC West eG in the rollout process of the new application, for example in the areas project management, operational organisation, test case planning, coaching of staff members of the insurance companies as well as in adjusting the software.
