adesso AG renews contracts of members of the executive board until 2011

Dortmund, 01 February 2007 – In December 2006 the supervisory board of adesso AG has already renewed contracts with all members of the executive board until the end of 2011. The areas of responsibility of the members of the executive board Rainer Rudolf, Michael Kenfenheuer and Dr. Rüdiger Striemer remain unchanged. adesso AG thus highlights continuity on the level of company management against the background of the upcoming merger with BOV AG, Essen. The company, therefore, relies on continuing the successful expansion strategy of the previous years with an increase in the number of employees of 35 percent in 2006 alone (without BOV) and an increase of the total operative performance in 2006 of approximately 20 percent compared to the previous year based on provisional business figures.

Professor Dr. Volker Gruhn, chairman of the supervisory board of adesso comments on the contract renewals as follows: “Working with a well-established team for years is one of the success formulas of adesso. We are absolutely convinced that with this special management team we will reach our business targets for 2007 and even beyond: we thus intend to use the integration of BOV AG after completing the merger to expand our market position and to open up further important business segments.”

The outlook on further business development in 2007 also turns out to be more than positive. The planned turnover target is already covered now by 60 percent due to the high order stock. This includes numerous new projects which offer the perspective of long-term cooperation. Among the new customers who could be attracted in 2006 are Gerling, Continentale, Deutsche Rück, Heraeus, Lotto Luxemburg, Lotto Bremen, Standard Life, and T-Com.
