adesso takes on the operating responsibility for systems developed by ourselves or by others. This even includes, if requested, the hosting of applications and covers all layers of the architecture. We ensure the required availability of the application in defined Service Level Agreements.

With this method we relieve the customer’s own IT departments, thus providing more scope for innovation and new projects. Additional requirements or optimisation potentials recognised during operation can be implemented in accordance with the customer. We, therefore, use our own process model, but we are also well able to adapt to the well-established processes of our customers.
