adesso development activities comprise the extension of existing systems and the realization of completely new solutions. In some areas, as for example the content management, adesso applies the standard products developed in adesso group, e.g. FirstSpirit of adesso subsidiary e-Spirit AG. Depending on the level of the technical innovation, new requirements for the operation management arise which may lead to adjustments in operation processes and competences.

adesso supports customers in this field by taking over operative responsibility for the developed solutions. The portfolio comprises the consultancy on IT operation organization and training programs as well as software as a service (SaS) activities.
