The reference process description of the adesso POS concept focuses on the technical core business processes und support processes of the sales processes at the Point-of-Sale of the respective sales channel. This implies, for example, partner administration, initiation and acquisition support by providing all additional information useful for initiating a business as well as a market analysis with various calculation modules.

In tender preparation the customer/agent can calculate the offer, save it in the customer file and then print it out, if needed, on site and process it further, including the electronic application. This contributes to promptly generating an insurance policy and a quick insurance commission and, therefore, significantly increases the speed and quality of the implementation. For the sales process contracts will be saved in the customer file, in which the contract is displayed in every detail and thus allows to view all contract data, all contract-related damage or service claims, accounting entries of the contract collection as well as a display feature visualising the entire correspondence concerning this contract.
